If you usually have your order picked up in the cracker barrel or if I usually bring it to your house, choose PICK UP( i had to add a delivery for the checkout to be valid on the online store . If you are a new customer , you can either contact me to see what is best.
Once you have ordered i will message about the collection method.
Ordering out of stock items :
Use the contact us form on the online store and send me the details of your order (make sure you attach your number at the bottom unless you would like me to email you back) and I will get back to you. - this is to ensure that all messages come through as they do not pop up on facebook.
This includes ordering the mega boxes of 99 wax melts.
Any special requests:
For example if you would like a hamper or a gift box making.

Other payments :
You can still bank transfer on very few occasions and it is a new business account so you will have to collect the new details (nobody has these details) , i can take the payment in person via card machine or you can pay cash. BUT this has to be pre arranged and I will tell you when to send it as I need to take the stock off the website to ensure it isn't sold before you send the money.
